The Master Plan Development of 120 acre tract of land in Accra Ghana near the Accra convention Center. The phase one of the project include design and construction of self-contained five star six story Kempenski Hotel building, two story concrete parking garage, onsite water treatment plant, onsite waste water treatment and onsite power generation system in Accra Ghana.

Phase two of the project consists of seven high rise residential buildings, six high rise office buildings, three shopping complex with underground parking facilities, and roadways with manicured landscaping.
